understand English?

Really getting frustrated with the fact that we can understand what Americans are saying, but they can't understand us..... They look at you like you are speaking an entirely different language, and you have to repeat yourself 3-5 times trying to order a sandwich, till you just give up and accept whatever random sandwich they are going to give you instead
